Dlani — Recycled Oil Barrel Side Table (Red & Yellow)
Dlani — Recycled Oil Barrel Side Table (Red & Yellow)
Dlani is a sculptural stool and side table handcrafted from a reclaimed oil barrel in Hamed Ouattara's studio in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Low, solid, and meditative in form, the piece takes its name from a Dioula word evoking groundedness and presence. Each Dlani in the series is cut and finished individually — the preserved patina of each barrel makes every piece unique.
