Jimena is a unique sculptural cabinet from the Bolibana Collection — a singular work that inspired the creation of the entire series. Handcrafted in New York, the piece combines a reclaimed oil drum barrel for its upper structure with a 1960s–70s office trunk found beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. This encounter between two recovered objects — one industrial, one domestic — produces a form of unexpected formal and emotional resonance.
