Cabinet OUAGA
Cabinet OUAGA
OUAGA is a one-of-a-kind sculptural cabinet handcrafted from a reclaimed oil barrel in Hamed Ouattara's studio in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Its rounded silhouette, louvred doors, and original industrial markings — including the preserved "Total Energies" branding — transform an industrial material into a bold collectible object. One open shelf and two louvred doors combine storage function with sculptural presence. A version of this work is held in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
